According to Detective Inspector Oremule, the Senior Investigating Officer in the matter:

Mr. Hemerson Raymond GONZALEZ remains missing at this time.

The police inquiry into the matter continues.

A third person, a male, was arrested in relation to this inquiry yesterday morning Thursday 10 January 2013 on his return to the island at the Owen Roberts International Airport and is being held in police custody at this time.

The two previous persons who were on bail have returned to the Police Station where inquiries were conducted and they have been re-bailed.

The mother of the MISSING man has been updated and the Family Liaison Officer maintains contact with her.
