HONG KONG, (BUSINESS WIRE) — Walkers Management Services, has announced that its Hong Kong team is now complete with the appointment of Michele Wan as Senior Vice President with Walkers Corporate Services.

Ms. Wan joins Walkers Corporate Services from Walkers law firm in Hong Kong, where she worked as an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Finance Group, specialising in asset finance, acquisition finance, structured finance and debt capital markets.

With a strong team of experienced professionals in place, led by Ms. Wan, Walkers Corporate Services is well placed to provide the complete range of local corporate services to clients in Hong Kong. These services include the formation and set up of Hong Kong corporate entities, as well as the provision of local services for Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands companies.
