From RCIPS April 22 2013 11:57am

On Sunday April 21st 2013 at approximately 8.30am officers of the RCIP received a report of a burglary at the Kirkconnell Market and Kidco Ltd on Cayman Brac.

The burglary occurred between the hours of 10pm on the 20th to 8.30am the 21st  when it was reported. Entry was gained by the culprits breaching the front glass and metal door with an object.

A safe with a substantial amount of cash was stolen.

Officers from the Cayman Brac Police Station attended the scene where forensic analysis was carried. Investigation continues.
