SteppingStones reorganisation leads to promotions
The growth of its business has caused SteppingStones to reorganise the company’s structure with two new divisions being created – Immigration and Recruitment.
Ms Milly Serpell, Managing Director of SteppingStones said the reorganisation was designed to strengthen the company’s position as one of Cayman’s leading recruitment consulting firms.
“Our new structure will allow SteppingStones to be more responsive to clients and ensure the areas of expertise of our staff are aligned with needs of our clients.”
“This is just one of a series of actions and plans designed to ensure that our company remains well-positioned and appropriately structured for sustainable, long-term growth in Cayman’s recruitment industry,” she said.
Ms Gordon has been promoted to Recruitment Manager and will lead the temporary and permanent recruitment divisions. She has been with SteppingStones for more than five years, originally joining as Staffing Coordinator after being involved in recruitment in Edinburgh.
Ms Abbott has been promoted to Outsourced Services & Administration Manager and will lead the Immigration team. She has a breadth of knowledge of Cayman’s immigration systems and has been a Staffing Coordinator at SteppingStones since 2008.
“One of SteppingStones’ key strengths is the commitment of its staff,” Ms Serpell said. “Most of our staff have been with us for more than four years, and as such have a thorough working knowledge and understanding of Cayman’s business community.”
“It is with such pleasure that we are able to promote dedicated and hardworking staff, such as Lindsey and Pam, in order to help further develop and grow our staff.”
