Grand Cayman – It is with great pleasure that Atlantic Building Consultants Ltd, (ABC Ltd) and BCQS International announces their strategic alliance.

The core business of both companies comprises Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Development Management and Property Development Consultancy, whilst BCQS also undertakes Appraisal and Real Estate Investment Analysis work.  Together the companies have strong links to the major lending institutions in Bermuda and throughout the Caribbean and Latin America.

Although established as recently as 2007, Atlantic Building Consultants Ltd has quickly earned an excellent reputation and has an impressive portfolio of successfully completed projects with an aggregate value in excess of $ 500 million.

BCQS (www.bcqs.com) has been based in the Caribbean region since 1969 and is the largest practice of its type in the Caribbean with offices in Barbados, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, St Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago and the Turks and Caicos islands. In 2010 the company made the strategic decision to expand into Latin America with the opening of their Brasil office in Sao Paulo.

The “marriage” is one that the two companies have discussed for a while and provides the associated companies the manpower and resources to undertake projects of any scale and complexity throughout the region. It is anticipated that the alliance will provide a broad appeal to a number of financial and institutional clients.
