Culinary Cayman in US Airways Magazine

Cul KUS Airways Magazine debuted today a 7-page cover story on Grand Cayman’s culinary scene, touting Grand Cayman as “fast becoming the food lover’s choice for Caribbean dining.”

The piece features many of the restaurants on island and quotes from their chefs including The Brasserie, it’s garden and Chef Dean Max, owner of Ortanique Camana Bay Delius Shirley, Chef Stephen Wagner of Ristorante Pappagallo, Chef Federico Destro of Luca, Michael’s Genuine Food & Drink Grand Cayman, Tukka Restaurant and more.
