A 16-year-old boy has been charged and is expected to appear in court tomorrow in connection with a robbery which occurred in Bodden Town in May.

The teenager, who was arrested on 30 August, has been charged with robbery, possession of an imitation firearm with intent to commit an offence and common assault. The charges relate to a robbery at Lookout Fresh Fruit and Juices Minimart, Anton Bodden Drive, on 28 May, 2013. As previously reported an elderly man was assaulted during the incident.

The teenager is currently on police bail and it is anticipated that he will appear in court on Friday, 20 September 2013.
