The online application programme is available at http://mete.starsscholarshipsonline.com/STARS/ and/or by visiting the Ministry of Education’s website at www.educaton.gov.ky; select the “Education” tab, then click on “Scholarships”.

Without exception, all applications must be supported with application forms which can be found on the website, including all additionally required documentation noted on the application form.  Supporting documentation can be added as necessary, after the deadline, to the online application i.e. letters of acceptance, grade results and medicals.

Please also note that computers are available at the Public Libraries that can assist applicants with the online application process.  Students should also consider making arrangements to use student computers at their respective High Schools.
