The Cayman National Choir and Orchestra (CNC&O) gave their annual Christmas concert at Elmslie Memorial Church on the waterfront at George Town last week.

They gave two performances and the first one was so good on Tuesday and I went again on Thursday.

Both days were full of enthusiastic patrons who were invited to stand and sing along at some of the well known carols.

The amiable and most talented Sue Horrocks conducted both choir and orchestra with aplomb and gave us all a cheery narration and warm smile accompanied by a giggle or two.

On the second night The CNC&O’s Patron H.E. Governor Helen Kilpatrick was in the audience and I knew she was delighted with the whole proceedings as she was sitting right behind me.
