Alice Mae Coe, Annie Multon, Ezmie Smith, and Betty Ebanks filed the writ on Monday (25) on behalf of the activist group opposing the ForCayman Investment Alliance.

The suit deals with the NRA agreement that includes closure of the West Bay Road and cites Part1 of the Cayman Islands Constitution (the Bill of Rights). Under Section 26 it states anyone can apply to the Grand Court if they believe government has breached or threatened their rights and freedoms.
