MIAMI, FL., January 23, 2019 – Comedian Amanda Seales headlines her first hour-long comedy special when AMANDA SEALES: I BE KNOWIN’ debuts on Saturday, January 26 at XXhrs on HBO and HBO GO.  Taped at the Edison Ballroom in New York City, the exclusive presentation was directed by Stan Lathan and produced for HBO by Jesse Collins Entertainment.

In AMANDA SEALES: I BE KNOWIN’, Seales, who is also a series regular on the hit HBO comedy series INSECURE, delves into catcalling versus compliments, a woman’s “vagenda,” who runs the windows on an airplane, workplace email etiquette, how to be a “Hannah” instead of a “Becky,” and leads the crowd in a rousing rendition of the Negro National Anthem.
