Before joining Aon Cayman, Gillian was Vice President with USA Risk Group (Cayman) Ltd. where she was responsible for regulatory compliance, relationship management and business development initiatives. . Prior to this Gillian was with JLT Risk Solutions (Cayman) Limited, where she managed an extensive portfolio of captive insurance companies.   Gillian has previously also worked with Marsh Management Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers in Cayman
