Appleby has acted as Cayman Islands and British Virgin Islands counsel for Telecom Service One Holdings Ltd in relation to its listing on the Growth Enterprise Market of the HKSE by way of placing, which is expected to raise approximately $5m.

A majority of the proceeds from the placing will be used for growth and development of its personal electronic products repair and refurbishment business, and its sale of accessories business. The directors of Telecom Service One Holdings Ltd believe that the listing will enhance the group’s profile and recognition.

The Appleby team was led by Judy Lee, a corporate partner in Appleby’s Hong Kong office, assisted by associate, Jo Lit.  China Everbright Capital Limited (the “Sponsor”) was the sole sponsor and underwriter for this transaction.  Mayer Brown JSM advised the Company as to Hong Kong law, Lee and Li advised the Company as to Taiwan law and Hastings & Co. advised the Sponsor as to Hong Kong law.
