Robbery – Prospect – Update
A 60-year-old man was robbed of a gold neck chain as he returned to his home in Mahogany Way, shortly before 10.00pm on Thursday.
As the man approached his front door, his gold chain was grabbed from behind and he fell to the ground.
Two suspects then ran off from the scene. No other property was stolen.
The suspects are described as –
1 Male, 25-30 years with what is said to be a “whiteish” complexion. 5’6″-5’8″ in height and 145 – 160lbs. He had a shirt tied around his head and was in possession of what appeared to be a handgun.
2 Male, 25-30 years with what is said to be a “whiteish” complexion. 6′ – 6’2″ in height. He was also wearing a shirt tied around his head and was in possession of a machete.
Both suspects spoke with Caymanian accents.

Armed robbery at Prospect
Police were on the scene of a robbery reported Thursday (11) night at 10:07pm on Mahogany Way, Prospect.
Two male suspects are said to have approached the victim, one armed with what appeared to be a handgun and the other with a machete. No shots fired and no injuries reported.
