Cayman Islands’ CrimeStoppers offers $110k reward
CrimeStoppers has $110,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the men responsible for the Friday (June 26) night home invasion.
Just before 9 pm three armed men kicked in the door to a Governor’s Harbour home where two children, a 5-year-old girl and her 9-year-old brother were staying with a babysitter. The gunmen stole money raised in a recent Rotary Sunrise raffle.
The $110,000 reward is the largest ever offered by the organization in the Cayman Islands.
A number of local companies, including KPMG, CIREBA and Dart, have pledged money to boost the reward.

Around 9:00pm last night 911 received a call of an armed robbery at a Raleigh Quay residence in Governor’s Harbour where three persons armed with what appeared to be firearms stole a quantity of cash.
Three males forced their way into the residence through the front door.
Suspects are described as follows:
A dark skinned, slim built, short male, about 5 feet 6 inches to 5 feet 7 inches tall, wearing a black hoodie jacket pulled over the head, a light colour bandana covering his mouth and deep blue long jeans pants.
The second was a tall large dark skinned male with braided hair, with green and red colour beads, silver coloured earrings in both ears, about 6 feet tall, wearing a mint green and grey colored jacket with a hoodie and a grey bandanna over his mouth and nose. He was carrying what appeared to be a long firearm.
The third person was only described as wearing a black hoodie jacket that zipped up to the neck.
