As of 9:47pm Monday (15) police  officers are currently at the scene of a robbery on Watercourse Road, West Bay.

At approximately 8:05pm this evening – Monday 15^th October 2012- two (2) males entered  Leta’s Plaza located on Watercourse Road West Bay and demanded cash from the lone cashier present.

An undisclosed quantity of cash was stolen.

The suspects are described as follows:

Suspect #1: Approximately 6ft” in height, dark complexion wearing a black long sleeve shirt and  black long pants.

Suspect #2:  Approximately 5’5” in height, slim built and wearing a black long sleeve shirt and black long pants.

Both suspects’ faces were covered with masks.

At the time the men were armed with machetes.

The suspects left the scene on foot and were last seen running towards Boatswain Bay.

Investigations are ongoing and updates will be provided accordingly.
