2nd Annual Summer Art Camp
Young@Art along with Kara’s Glass Garden will team up for a spectacular art and creativity boosting summer camp for ages 5-12. Monday 18 August: Pasta Party – focuses on making fresh homemade pasta! Chefs will be making their own ravioli followed by a restaurant tour where they will see local chefs in action with their own pasta creations. Tuesday 19 August: Say Cheese – focuses on the wonderful world of cheese and how to make it. Fresh bread will be baked too, finishing up with a trip to Bay Market to further explore the different types of cheese.
Wednesday 20 August: Sushi Mania – focuses on creating their own sushi rolls filled with fresh goodies that they get from a trip to the Camana Bay Farmers & Artisans Market.
Thursday 21 August: Summer Treats – focuses on wrapping up summer with sweet treats featuring homemade ice cream sandwiches and cookies followed by a cool kitchen tour at one of Camana Bay’s restaurants.
