It’s fall ya’ll, and with the changes in the temperature and leaves changing colors, it is time we start Fall’n for Fitness.
Registration is now open for our 8-week Shape-Up Challenge which will be held from September 25 through November 19. This is the perfect time to get in shape right before the holidays, so you can look and feel great for all the holiday festivities.
This is a FREE challenge for BioTRUST customers and a great way to add some fun to your fitness routine. We have a great group of VIP customers and coaches that are ready, willing, and able to help support you in a judgement free zone in our VIP Community.
We will have a weekly video call where you can meet the other participants and Coaches and ask any questions you may have. We will also have weekly meal preparation ideas and various recipes you can include in your healthy diet.
