From the Director of Tourism, Mrs. Rosa Harris,
“Mr. Bob Soto was a man of passion and vision, it was this that led him to starting what may have been the first Cayman Islands chartered based tourism company. He saw Cayman as a paradise, through his love for scuba diving and his entrepreneurial spirit he helped shape and grow the Cayman Islands tourism industry. Bob is the reason the Cayman Islands became and is a leader in the sport of scuba diving and remains one of the most sought after premier diving destinations. Our industry has suffered a tremendous loss and Bob will be sorely missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends during this difficult time”.
