His Excellency the Acting Governor Mr. Franz Manderson, MBE, Cert Hon, JP, chaired the meeting of the Cabinet held on Tuesday, 18th April 2023 in the Cabinet Conference Room, Government Administration Building.

Ms. Gloria McField acted as Deputy Governor and Mr. Jason Webster acted as Cabinet Secretary. All other Ministers and Members of Cabinet were present.

At this meeting Cabinet:

• Approved the Seven Mile Public Beach Park Vendor Policy;
• Revoked the decision of 4th April 2023 to approve supplementary funding of CI$5,500,000 under section 12 of the Public Management and Finance Act (2020) to PAH 24 – Agriculture Support Regulatory Services and approved in accordance with sections 11(5) and 11(6) of the Public Management and Finance Act (2020 Revision) supplementary funding for PAH 24 – Agriculture Support Regulatory Services in the amount of CI$5,500,000;
• Approved in accordance with sections 11(5) and 11(6) of the Public Management and Finance Act (2020 Revision) supplementary funding for PAH10 – Management of Government Properties in the amount of $438,000; and
• Noted the Financial Report for the period 1 January 2023 – 31 March 2023.
