As development continues at Camana Bay, the surface parking lot on the southwest corner of Market Street and Forum Lane will close for public use effective Wednesday 1 May.

Visitors to Camana Bay are encouraged to use the Town Centre’s two multi-storey parking garages, located across the way on Forum Lane and on Solaris Avenue. Public parking can be found on Levels 4 and 5 of the Forum Lane parking garage and on Levels 2 through 5 of the Solaris Avenue parking garage. There are also a number of surface lots located in the Town Centre and available for public use. Please refer to the attached map for more details.

On Wednesday 8 May, Camana Bay’s popular Weekly Farmers’ Market, held every Wednesday from 12-7pm, will move to a new temporary location on the northern end of Market Street across from Anytime Fitness and Jessie’s Juice Bar until it takes up residence in a new purpose-built facility in early summer.

Recycling will be even more convenient as the public can now drive right up to the new drop-off area adjacent to the Camana Bay recycling facility, which can be reached by turning left immediately before Camana Way when driving north on the Esterley Tibbetts Highway. The Camana Bay recycling facility currently accepts used glass and aluminium.
