The Marketing and Development Specialist is responsible for all marketing and fundraising activity with a primary focus on generating new and growing revenue streams and contributed income. S/he creates and implements a development plan that details how the organisation solicits sponsors and donors, and identifies funding sources such as marketing opportunities, grants, individual donations, in-kind donations and charitable events. The marketing and development specialist also spends time personally soliciting sponsors and donors. As such, strong relationship building and solicitation skills are important.

Arts Administration / Marketing Intern
Production / Operations Intern
Cultural Interns will have the opportunity to discover first hand what the Cayman National Cultural Foundation (CNCF) has to offer culturally, and to gain relevant experience in the field of nonprofit arts administration and production, undertaking meaningful projects while working under the guidance of experienced professionals. The programme is designed to increase interns’ knowledge and skills, and help them gain an interesting and valuable workplace experience, which will enhance their future employment prospects. The structure of the programme includes a blend of hands-on projects and general business practice.
The ideal candidates should have a Bachelors Degree or higher, excellent written and verbal communication skills, competence with Microsoft Office (as well, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suites would be an asset), be extremely detail oriented, have a great deal of initiative, and be able to handle multiple assignments with overlapping timelines. Must have valid driver’s licence and own transportation.
