Caribbean trader mentoring programme launches in Turks and Caicos
LONDON, England — The Institute of Trading and Portfolio Management on Thursday announced new three and six-month Caribbean trader mentoring programmes that start in the Turks and Caicos Islands (TCI) in July 2015 and will be exclusive to 16 participants every six months.
The Institute’s three and six-month global trader mentoring programmes are open to all retail traders globally, and include full trader coaching on a weekly basis with institute senior mentors Raj Malhotra (New York) and Jason McDonald (London). Weekly coaching is done on a remote basis after the initial ten-day period of the mentoring programme in the TCI in July.
During this initial ten-day period, institute mentees will be expected to complete a hands-on programme directly with Malhotra, McDonald, institute managing partner Anton Kreil and their mentoring programme peers.
After the initial period of ten days in the TCI, institute mentees return to their home countries and the remainder of the three or six-month mentoring programmes are spent trading with real money in a live trading account and communicating with Malhotra and McDonald directly, via screen sharing and Skype calls.
Traders also have the opportunity to trade as part of a remote trading desk as a team that is backed with real institute capital and overseen by Kreil.
Institute mentoring programmes are designed to teach retail traders, globally, how to implement the institute’s professional-level trading education, the Professional Trading Masterclass (PTM) video series, and to achieve a level of success for the retail trader that is equivalent to that of a professional trading standard. This achieves the two main objectives of retail traders, which is firstly to learn, implement and emulate successful professional traders using real capital and also (if the objective requires) to take the first step to becoming hireable as a professional trader. Mentoring programmes at the institute can become life-changing for those who decide to get involved.
Commenting on Thursday’s announcement, Kreil said, “Through immersion and personal contact with high-level professional traders in a face-to-face capacity, we are single-handedly exposing retail traders to new heights of education and implementation. By providing team capital to retail traders we can confidently boast that we are the only trading educators globally that actually back up our educational claims with real capital provided to our students. If anyone has serious aspirations in becoming a long-term consistently profitable trader, they would be insane NOT to join this programme. It’s by far and away head and shoulders above anything else that is out there. The rest are just pretenders and we are the real deal.”
