Cayman: 12 persons under arrest following police operation at liquor store

Just after 10:30AM on Sunday 15 December, officers of the RCIPS executed a search warrant at a liquor license premise located off Dorcy Drive, in George Town, issued under the Gambling law.
Following the execution, approximately CI $16,000 cash, that is believed to be criminal property, was seized.
Twelve Persons, eleven men and 1 woman were arrested on suspicion of unlawful gambling, possession of criminal property and other related offenses.
All 12 arrestees have been granted police bail pending further investigations by police.
