Thank you to those that participated in the November 9^th Memory Circle.  Always a good opportunity to hear how you are doing and managing with the loss of a loved one.  I was reminded again how unique we all are but at the same time how similar when it comes to loss and missing our loved ones.  The words of our past Queen Elizabeth ring true “Grief is the price we pay for love.”  In addition, I wanted to leave you with a poem that Rhonda shared with us that hopefully will also resonate and support you at this time.

Our next Memory Circle will be December 7^th and we are thinking of possibly having an in-person social gathering versus ZOOM.  More details to follow however if this is something that would interest you I would appreciate the feedback!
