The Ministry of Planning, Agriculture, Housing and Infrastructure (PAHI) is pleased to announce the commencement of this year’s National Community Enhancement (NICE) Project. Held under the theme, “Revive, Refresh, and Rejuvenate with a NICE Christmas”, this year’s project will run from December 4 to 15, 2023 and has received 606 applications. 

Residents and citizens of Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands are encouraged to be mindful of this year’s participants who are actively working to ensure the parks, beaches, and public spaces are free from litter, debris, and any other forms of waste. 

The NICE Project 2023 aims to provide opportunities for unemployed Caymanians and the unemployed spouses of Caymanians to repair, maintain, and enhance parks, beaches, and public spaces across Grand Cayman.

This year’s participants will receive a stipend.
