Cayman Islands Ballroom at The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman
A celebration to feed body and spirit. Wine connoisseurs amble amongst an assemblage of wine showcases, while foodies flock to sample culinary delights courtesy of the chefs of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company. Tasting notes evolve into Jazz notes as Billboard Top Ten artist, Nicole Henry, beguiles with her soulful vocal groove. Proceeds from a silent auction of enriching wine, culinary and travel experiences benefit The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman Culinary Arts Scholarship and Cayman HospiceCare, which is committed to providing comfort to its patients and their families and friends.

Anthony Bourdain is a trailblazer in educating people about different cuisines and cultures around the world, as well as an outspoken commentator on social trends. What will he have to say as he explores some of Cayman’s culinary traditions including classic conch chowder, Cayman-style jerk dishes, Rundown, and more? Featuring Tortuga Rum Cakes, Caybrew, and Seven Fathoms Rum.

Barefoot BBQ

A backyard BBQ adopts new meaning under the stars on Seven Mile Beach where shorts or rolled up trousers are de rigueur. Eric Ripert, José Andrés and Anthony Bourdain grill in the water at a literal Caribbean Sea cookout, while Jacques Torres’ treats taste even sweeter with your toes in the sand. Garnish the evening with cocktails made from the ultra-premium tequilas of Patrón.

Cayman Cabana
Lively Cookout revelry lingers into the evening hours at Cayman Cabana, located on the waterfront of historic George Town. Dance ocean-side while Cayman’s top DJs fill the night sky with Caribbean-fusion beats and a live steel pan performance infuses an authentically island vibe. Experience excellent Caymanian hospitality, art, music, and fashion, courtesy of the One Tree Four Five Collection. Entry ticket includes one welcome beverage.

A Dinner Party at Camana Bay
Camana Bay
Camana Bay invites you to dine around the town at the ultimate Cayman Cookout dinner party. Start with champagne, cocktails, canapés and a cooking demonstration featuring a fish whose venomous mystique is matched by larger-than-life host José Andrés. Afterwards, embark on your own culinary adventure as Cayman Cookout headline chefs pair with Camana Bay’s signature restaurants, bringing their own distinct styles to Cayman’s thriving restaurant district.

Bon Vivant Champagne Brunch Cook-Off
Lanson Champagne South Beach Pavilion
The annual competition for Cayman’s own amateur top chef. The Ritz-Carlton, Grand Cayman’s Executive Chef, Frederic Morineau, and Bon Vivant’s own Cynthia Hew, host the knife-wielding victors of a series of preliminary competitions. Their Caribbean-influenced dishes are judged by Eric Ripert, Anthony Bourdain, and José Andrés. Who will win Cayman’s culinary crown?
