The Chief Medical Officer, Dr. John Lee, reports that as of 8am Thursday, 14 October, there have been 896 PCR tests since the last report on Wednesday, 13 October. 

From these, there were 16 positive tests, comprising four positive tests in travellers and 12 positive tests from the community, four of which were in children. 

To date, there have been 109,919 COVID-19 vaccinations given in total in the Cayman Islands. Of these, 55,780 (78% of 71,106) have had at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine and 53,365 (75%) have completed the two-dose course.  Additionally, 774 (1%) have had a third or booster dose.
