Cayman: COVID-19 Update – 21 March, 31 NEW Positives (19-20 Mar), 1 NEW DEATH
Public Health has released COVID-19 figures for 21 March 2022.
Unfortunately, an elderly patient has died from COVID-19 related causes. This brings total COVID-19 related deaths in the Cayman Islands to 24.
Positive cases reported to Public Health during this period are currently as follows:

There are 424 estimated active cases of COVID-19 in the Cayman Islands. Two patients are currently hospitalised for COVID related causes and of these, both are unvaccinated.
The 7-day rolling average is 28.
The Sister Islands also noted 3 new cases since the last report, bringing total cases since the beginning of the pandemic to 645.
