Cayman: Deadline for property developers to register with DCI is October 30

The Department of Commerce and Investment (DCI) reminds property developers that the deadline to register as a Designated Non-Financial Business and Profession is Wednesday, October 30, 2019.
Any person who conducts business as a property developer and sells property without using a real estate agent or a broker is required to register with DCI.
Registration forms can obtained at the Department of Commerce and Investment’s Business Licensing Counter, located on the first floor of the Government Administration Building. The counter is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. In addition, persons can visit the Designated Non-Financial Business and Profession section of DCI’s website at www.dci.gov.ky/dnfbps
