All licensed firearm holders are being reminded that permits which are issued for three year periods expire on the 31^st December of that licensing period.

Holders are being asked to check the expiration dates on their licenses to ensure that they are valid. Permits which have expired must be renewed immediately. Additionally, if you are missing any documentation you are being asked to declare such to the firearms licensing authority forthwith.

Failure to re-renew your firearms license will result in your firearm being seized by the Police and you may be prosecuted criminally for being in possession of an unlicensed firearm.

The Security and Firearms Licensing Unit is located on the second floor of the Windjammer Plaza , next to Burger King on Walkers Road.
