Botanic Park Easter Art Camp Postponed
The Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Park and Joseph Art regrets to inform the public that due to low take-up in numbers the previously planned Easter Art Camp will be postponed.
The Park will be working on hosting an Art Camp during the summer months.

DEH Continues Efforts in Creating Greener Community this Easter
The Department of Environmental Health (DEH) continues their efforts in creating a greener and litter free community this Easter. The public will be able to easily find additional garbage containers at the below camping locations in an effort to better assist campers with keeping the beaches clean.
Campers will find the following additional placements:
20 yrd containers:
- Bodden Town – Wooded area opposite Cox Lumber
- Northside – Water Cay Public Beach
- Northside – Starfish point
- West Bay – Barkers National Park
- East End – Colliers Beach
Additional cans:
- Governors Beach
- Public Beach
- Smith Cove
- Spotts Beach

Closure Notice for Easter – DVDL
The Department of Vehicle and Drivers’ Licensing (DVDL) advises the public that its Crewe Road office location will be closed on Good Friday, April 2 and Easter Monday, April 5.
The Breakers and West Bay locations will be closed to the public on Good Friday, April 2 and Saturday, April 3.
All offices will resume for business as usual on Tuesday, April 6.
The DVDL reminds customers that online services are available to renew motor vehicle licences its website at www.dvdl.gov.ky or through the e-services portal www.eservices.gov.ky.

Notice to Liquor Licensees – Good Friday, April 2
The Liquor Licensing Board wishes to remind all liquor licence holders of the requirement to comply with the conditions of their licences on Good Friday, April 2.
Music, dancing and liquor licence premises such as bars and nightclubs are reminded that the disposal of intoxicating liquor and the playing of music on Good Friday is not permitted. This also applies to all category of licences except hotels, restaurants and duty free ports.
Bars and night clubs are required to close on Thursday, March 31 at 12:00 a.m.

DEH Offices Closed on Good Friday
The Department of Environmental Health (DEH) wishes to remind the public that their offices will be closed this Friday, 2 April 2021 in observance of Good Friday.
This includes collections services and the landfill teams.
In order to accommodate the public, the landfill drop off will remain open 24 hours a day and Friday’s collections will be made up for on Saturday 3 April.
DEH wishes the public a safe and happy long Easter Weekend.
