Cayman: Government announces NICE PROJECT 2023
Hon. Johany ‘Jay’ Ebanks
The Ministry of Planning, Agriculture, Housing, and Infrastructure (MPAHI) under the guidance of Hon. Johany ‘Jay’ Ebanks, proudly announces an extraordinary opportunity for unemployed Caymanians and their unemployed spouses of Caymanians to actively participate in beautifying our community through the National Community Enhancement Winter Project (NICE Project) 2023. This initiative not only uplifts our neighbourhoods but also offers a helping hand to those in need during the holiday season.
The NICE Project, initiated in 2015, is a testament to our commitment to enhancing the physical environment of the Cayman Islands. It stands as a symbol of our unity and the strength of our community. While the project is a yearly endeavour, it requires the approval and support of the Ministry of Planning, Agriculture, Housing, and Infrastructure each year. Minister Jay Ebanks emphasizes, “We are dedicated to giving back to our community and providing opportunities for unemployed Caymanians to actively participate in beautifying our beloved islands. This initiative reflects our unwavering commitment to the well-being of our people.”
