Holiday Closure Notices

Grand Cayman, 11 December 2024 – The Ministry of Financial Services and Commerce (MFSC) will close at 12:30 pm on Thursday, 12 December for a staff function.

The Department for International Tax Cooperation will close at 3:00 pm on Thursday, 12 December for a staff function.

General Registry will close at 12:30 pm on Friday, 13 December and Wednesday, 18 December. Persons with emergency birth registrations may contact Flossiebell Maragh at 926-8270.

The Department of Commerce and Investment will close at 11:00 am on Friday, 20 December for a staff function.

Additionally, MFSC and its departments – the Cayman Islands Intellectual Property Office, Department of Commerce and Investment, Department for International Tax Cooperation, and General Registry – will close at these times for Cayman Islands public holidays:

*         Christmas Eve, 24 December: 12:30 pm

*         Christmas Day, 25 December: All day

*         Boxing Day, 26 December: All day

*         New Year’s Eve, 31 December: 12:30 pm

*         New Year’s Day, 1 January 2025: All day
