WHERE: The Courts Building steps and thereafter Grand Court inside for opening proceedings and then the lobby for the reception that follows.
PARTICIPANTS: Justices, Magistrates, Attorney General, Courts staff, CI Bar lawyers, government officials
BACKGROUND: In addition to the opening ceremony, including an RCIPS guard of honour on steps outside, and formal opening proceedings inside Grand Court, there will be an unveiling by the Chief Justice of a special dedication to long-time media court reporter, the late Ms Carol Winker.
