Cayman Heart Foundation and Tortuga Announce Second Annual Robert Hamaty 5K Walk/Run  Celebrating World Heart and Stroke Day in Honour of Robert Hamaty Sep 29

– Mark your calendars, Cayman! The Cayman Heart Foundation and Tortuga are thrilled to announce the second annual Robert Hamaty 5K Walk/Run on Sunday, September 29th, 2024, at Camana Bay. This family-friendly and pet-friendly event is set to kick off at 6:30 AM, welcoming participants of all fitness levels as we come together to promote better heart health and honour the memory of the late Mr. Robert Hamaty, a beloved figure in the community and founder of Tortuga. 

The walk/run will coincide with World Heart and Stroke Day, raising awareness of cardiovascular health and the importance of maintaining a heart-healthy lifestyle. Last year!s event saw more than 200 participants rally around this critical cause, and this year promises to be even bigger!

Date: Sunday, September 29th, 2024 

Time: 6:00am registration with a 6:30am race start 

Location: Camana Bay 

Registration: $25 for adults, $10 for children
