Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands, 2 April 2025.  The 2025 Cayman Islands Inter-School Athletics Championships wrapped up at the Truman Bodden Sports Complex on Friday, 21 March, bringing together over 750 students from more than 40 government, private, and homeschool institutions. The event was a true celebration of community, school pride, and the unifying power of sports. It also reflected the commitment to creating inclusive spaces where all students including those with unique learning needs and special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) can participate, compete, and shine.

This year marked a new format for the finals with students from both primary and secondary divisions competing on the same day The introduction of a digital scoring system also made the tracking of results quicker and more accurate.

Over the course of the event, approximately 55 records were broken. From fast-paced finishes on the track to impressive showings in field events, the performances reflected the time and effort these young athletes have put in, supported by their coaches, teachers, and families.
