18-Year-Old-Man Charged with Burglary, 25 June
An 18-year-old-man of East End has been charged with the offense of Burglary and is expected to be in court today.
The man was charged in relation to a burglary that was reported to the police on 1 June, 2018. The incident took place at a residence on Sea View Road in East End where construction materials and appliances were stolen.
The man was arrested in relation to this incident on 21 June and was charged shortly after.
Drug Boat Intercepted, Two Men Charged, 25 June
At about 5:30AM on Saturday, 23 June, RCIPS officers intercepted a boat off East End after observing two men offloading several packages from it. Officers arrested the men and recovered the packages, which contained several hundred pounds of ganja.
The men, age 38 and 24 of Bodden Town, have been formally charged with Possession of Ganja, Possession of Ganja with Intent to Supply, and Being Concerned in the Importation of Ganja. They are appearing in court this morning, 25 June.
