To better reflect the expanding diversity of Dart Realty (Cayman) Ltd., the company today announced that it has rebranded to Dart Real Estate and is now under the leadership of Jackie Doak who was recently promoted to President of the Company.

When Dart Realty (Cayman) Ltd. was first established over 20 years ago, its principal purpose was to develop the Dart family’s vision for a mixed-use master-planned community. Two decades later, Camana Bay is a thriving town and the company’s scope has expanded to include hotels, golf, marina, walking trails and more.

With the opening of Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa later this month, Dart is entering a new era with its first hotel complete and its first residential offering now available for sale. With a second hotel in the pipeline, Dart Real Estate has committed to invest an additional $400 million in the Cayman Islands over the next decade. Rebranding to Dart Real Estate represents the diversity of this portfolio.

As a developer with a long-term outlook, Dart has evolved and grown to become one of the region’s foremost real estate developers employing people in a broad range of roles and offering multiple career opportunities.
