Shortly before 2:40PM on Saturday, 8 December, a man attended the West Bay Police Station with injuries, and stated that he had been stabbed multiple times. Emergency Services immediately attended the station and the man was taken for treatment.

Police conducted further enquiries and subsequently arrested a man, age 20 of West Bay, who is known to the victim, on suspicion of Assault GBH. He has been granted bail as investigations continue.

The victim is currently in stable condition with what appear to be non-life-threatening injuries.
