A man, age 21 of Bodden Town, was arrested on Monday, 1 October, following an incident that took place just before 3:30AM that day. Police and other emergency services were dispatched by the 9-1-1 Communication Centre to a residence on Birch Tree Hill Road, West Bay, where it was reported that the man had unlawfully entered the residence, caused damage to items inside, and stolen an item from the residence.

The man returned to the property later that morning where he was arrested and taken into custody.

The man has been formally charged with Burglary, Criminal Trespass and Damage to Property, appeared in court yesterday, 3 October, and was remanded into custody.
