Cayman Islands, 11 May 2021 – The UK & Ireland division of the global governance body The Chartered Governance Institute has today announced a new name for its branch in the CaymanIslands. The branch is now called The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland – Cayman Islands Branch.

Sara Drake, Chief Executive of The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland explains the reason behind the change:

“The renaming marks the completion of a rebranding process begun in 2018, following the decision by the global Institute’s membership to change the name of the Institute from The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) to The Chartered Governance Institute.
