Chamber Celebrates its Chamber Champion

George Town – 1 April 2025 –

The Chamber of Commerce proudlybcelebrated its Chamber Champions at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at the Hotel Indigo. This year’s AGM was a vibrant celebration of the contributions made by all Chamber members, but especially those made by the Chamber Champions – members who have gone ‘above and beyond’ in their steadfast support of Chamber events and programs.

“Our Chamber Champions are the true heroes of our community,” said newly appointed
Chamber President, Omari Corbin. “Their unwavering support and commitment enable us to
achieve our mission of supporting, promoting, and protecting our community. Today, we honour
their exceptional contributions and celebrate their dedication.”

In 2024, 34 members earned the prestigious title of Chamber Champion, with 10 members also
receiving the inaugural Training Champion award. Chamber Champions have demonstrated
extraordinary commitment, contributing both financially, in kind, and through volunteer efforts to
support various Chamber initiatives.
