Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands (26 June 2018) The Cayman Islands Airports Authority (CIAA),which owns and operates the Owen Roberts International Airport (ORIA) and the Charles Kirkconnell International Airport (CKIA), participated in the Savannah Primary School Careers Day.

The event was held on Friday, 15 June 2018 from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the school campus. It was the first ever held, and the CIAA was honored to be asked to attend along with other organisations including Department of Immigration, Department of Environment, The Royal Police Service, Fidelity Bank and more.

Students enjoyed visiting with the CIAA’s mascot, Calypso, who was on hand to provide hours of joy, smiles and lots of giveaways. Employees were also on hand to share exciting career opportunities with the students on the aviation industry.
