Cayman Islands: CIMPA marketing conference returns in June 2017 Inbox x

We are excited to announce that the Cayman Islands Marketing Professionals Association (“CIMPA”) annual conference is back for 2017, and better than ever! Taking place Wednesday, June 14 from 8:30am-6:30pm at the Kimpton Seafire Resort & Spa, the one-day event is jam-packed with panels, breakout sessions, delicious food, cocktails and more.

The core focus of this year’s event is interactive and authentic brand storytelling. From heavyweights like Google, digital media powerhouse VaynerMedia and Top 10 AdAge rated agency the community, to online copywriting genius Business Casual Copywriting and CallRail, an Inc. 500 Fastest Growing Company, conference attendees will be enlightened and informed on all things content marketing in the new media world. Visiting speakers will cover how to engage customers’ ever-decreasing attention span, incorporate interactive storytelling tools into existing content strategy and increase engagement both on- and offline. With plenty of opportunities to network with like-minded creatives over coffee, lunch or cocktails, delegates will leave with tips and tricks from leading global experts and a host of new connections in the local marketplace.

This year, a new afternoon panel session will cater to the Cayman Islands’ diverse marketing community, and discuss the trends and challenges facing local marketers in a closed-door forum. These interactive Q&A sessions will provide a unique opportunity for conference-goers to delve deeper into the nuances that impact their day-to-day as a marketer in the Cayman Islands and hear first-hand experiences from movers and shakers in the local marketing community.

Under the visionary helm of Chairman, Laura Skec, CIMPA is leading a creative movement in the Cayman Islands, through a host of educational workshops, training sessions, social events – and the much-anticipated return of its flagship annual conference. “Our aim as an association is to set the standard for marketing in the Cayman Islands and create an environment for like-minded people to collaborate, socialise and inspire each other,” says Skec. “As a board, we put fresh thinking, creativity and innovation into everything we do and are excited to bring Cayman’s creative community the opportunity to expand their marketing expertise on a local level while finding inspiration in fellow marketers from around the world.”

Conference registration is CI$300 for CIMPA members and CI$350 for non-members, including a full day of panels, boxed lunch and cocktail hour.
