PARTICIPANTS: Fifteen graduands, including four from Immigration, the Acting Governor, Acting Deputy Governor, Minister for Finance and Economic Development, other Cabinet Ministers, government officials and parents

BACKGROUND: The Class of 2018 will make history since it includes for the first and last time a mixture of Customs and Immigration recruits. As has been announced, the Customs and Immigration Departments will officially merge on 1 January 2019 and future recruits will be referred to as Customs & Border Control recruits.
