UPDATE:

DVDL Offices Reopens

The Department of Vehicle and Drivers Licensing’s Crewe Road office is back open after having restored its electrical system, which was affected by an overnight lightning strike.
However, the phone lines are still down, but are expected to be restored today.

Officials apologise for the inconvenience, and note that the West Bay DVDL office is also open for business as usual.
