Competition Dates
Round 1: Monday September 14 & Tuesday September 15
Round 2: Wednesday October 7 & Thursday 8
Final Event: Tuesday October 13
Here is what you need to know:
Register your team of 6, which must include at least one member of
You must have 1 team captain that is the same for all rounds. Team members however can be rotated through the rounds to involved more people.
Competition is an hour long and includes making 1 appetizer and 1 entrée.
You will be given a mystery basket of ingredients to work with along with general basic supplies and ingredients. All you need to do is show up and be ready to cook!
Cooking themes will be provided in advance so you and your team can get together and do some general research on preparation, flavors, and other important details that can make the difference.
Winner will be based on overall points accumulated over the 2 rounds. Points will be awarded on taste, creativity, presentation and timeliness.
Each team member will have to take their turn at cooking and prepping during the hour so get those knife skills sharpened and sauté skills perfected!
Be Creative! Get your team named and branded with your company logo – bonus points awarded for the Best Dressed Team.
Finale event will take the top two teams with the most points overall and pit them against each other for a Quickfire round to crown the Champion.
