Just after 6:30AM on Wednesday, 1 February, the 9-1-1 Communications Centre received a report of an indecent assault on Conch Point Road in the vicinity of Spanish Lane.  A woman had been walking along Conch Point Road when a man ran up behind her and indecently grabbed her; the woman screamed and the man ran off towards Spanish Lane.

The man is described as being of average height and slim build, dressed in dark clothing and wearing a hood over his head.  He was also barefoot.

Since receiving the report, police have been executing a strategy to address it.  Police are recommending that women not walk alone in secluded areas, and ask them to call the West Bay Police Station if they observe anything suspicious.
