Single-Vehicle Accident Last Night on West Bay Road, 4 September

Last night, 4 September, just before 10:15PM, police and emergency services responded to a report of a single-vehicle accident on West Bay Road in the vicinity of the Lime Tree Bay Road.  The driver, a woman, age 52, was alone in the vehicle, which collided with a wall.  She was subsequently arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and careless driving, and taken into Police custody.  She is currently on Police bail.

No other vehicles were damaged or persons harmed in the collision.

The driver is a judge of the Grand Court of the Cayman Islands.
